It is an out of this world experience inside a vehicle. Games4Party Mobile Video Game Theater (MVGT) is a 12 foot trailer built with the best upgraded game technology ready to travel to any location and any event. Gamers can get a hold of the latest games, including: Halo, Rock Band, Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Wii Sports, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Sonic, Madden, FIFA, NBA Live, Just Dance, Baja Racing and others. All games can be played at the maximum comfort of air conditioning, Five 42″ HD TVs screens and 12 linked multi-player stations. If you prefer the outdoors, you’ll also find two 42″ plasmas with an additional 8 linked multi-player bonus stations. If this out of this world gaming experience is not enough we also offer 3d Games , 4D Dynamic Cinema, Racing Motion simulators , Motion Rollercoaster and Mechanical bull directly to you event.

We currently operate in the greater Miami, Florida area and nearby cities with Five (5) Games4Party Mobile Video Game Theaters. If you wish to reserve your place send us your location through our “Book a Party” page for a service area confirmation. Cost of booking outside of our standard service area will have an additional charge of $1.80 per mile, round trip.

Indoors there are 12 player stations, outside there are 8 bonus player stations. All 12 to 20 stations can be linked for simultaneous play. Notice* Not all video games include multi-player options.

Each party includes the supervision of a Games4Party game technician who has been trained to direct, take safety precautions, motivate and share expert gaming tips. Adults are welcome, yet no adult supervision is needed.

This is an all-ages game. Players 6 years and under are required to be accompanied by at least one adult inside the theater for safety precautions.

We will bring any game your imagination asks for at the convenience of your party at your prior request. Some of the many games included are: Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Wii Sports, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Sonic, Rock Band, FIFA, NBA Live, Just Dance, Baja Racing. All gamers must have the approval of their guardian or supervisor when choosing their game. Games4Party will supervise M and/or Teen rated games.

We do not accept checks or money orders. You ay pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Cash. Credit cards must be presented with a valid ID upon our arrival, events will not begin until proper payment is received and verified, We cannot process credit card payments without the physical card present for payment.

There is a $75 cancellation fee that will be charged if you cancel your party with less than 7 days notice. If Games4Party arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event. There are no refunds for services performed. If we fail to deliver service, you don’t have to pay anything.

ONLY bottled water is allowed inside the Games4Party Video Game Theater.

Twenty feet of space (about 2 parking spaces); the average size of most residential home’s driveways.

There is climate control and insulation to offer our services at every season, Games4Party was built to maintain all weather temperatures. Exceptions will be made in events of severe weather (winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rain, ice and snow storms, high). We have the viable right t reschedule your service at the safety of gamers, guests, staff and equipment.

A trained Game technician whose responsibility is to deliver the Games4Party, managing the game play, preparing the theater for play, and keeping an exciting, fun, and safe environment.

Tips are not required, but of course always welcome if you’ve had a satisfying experience.

The goal of our policy is to protect the customers, employees and assets of Games4Party, yet you may legally serve alcohol at a Games4Party hosted party or event, at the expense of our right to require an on-site security extra charge and/or security deposit. We have the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party if we find any inconveniences involving alcohol. There is no alcohol, food or beverages (with the exception of water) inside the vehicle. Any questions, comments or concerns regarding this policy are welcome to ensure that our services are a good fit for your party or event.
